 Animal sources of vitamin

Certain types of cheese, milk, eggs, herring, fatty fish, tuna and liver are well known animal sources of Vit A. Vit B1 is found in nav. Vit B1 is found in salmon and lean pork chops while chicken, turkey, beef, fish, and dairy products are rich in Vit B2. Vegetable sources of vitamin

Along with animal sources, vegetables are also good ways to get vitamins. The greens and fruits are sources of multiple vitamins that our body requires on a daily basis. Turnip greens, spinach, and broccoli are good sources of vit A. Vit B1 rich veg options are acorn, squash, tofu, navy beans, flax seeds, and green peas.
